  • Support compensation due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions, including employee census reviews, job and level mapping, compensation comparisons, incentive and equity analyses, retention planning, and compensation harmonization
  • Partner closely with People Business Partners to provide relevant compensation analyses

Who you are:

  • 4+ of compensation or related experience
  • Attention to detail and analytically driven
  • Experience leading efforts around market pricing, annual compensation cycles, compensation plan/structure design
  • Experience in executive compensation and compensation committee preparation a strong plus
  • A collaborative, self-starter mindset with the ability to flex and think critically
  • Some understanding of RSUs and other equity offerings
  • The ability to distill large and complex data sets into digestible, relevant points supporting recommendations
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and utilizing appropriate tact and professionalism
  • Awareness of global compensation principles and regulations
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Workday experience preferred
