We’re a team of intellectually curious, creative storytellers and problem solvers. You love making the complex simple and the abstract resonate. You thrive working in the fast pace of a startup while being the steward of a public company that serves people’s health and well being. You can identify areas of risk and opportunity for our narrative, and you bring experience thinking holistically about brand vision and direct-to-consumer experience.

You Will:

  • Lead Hers product communications across defined categories, with accountability for business impact including awareness, trust, and adoption

  • Influence Hers product positioning and go-to-market decisions in partnership with Product, Growth, Clinical, Regulatory, Brand and Product Marketing

  • Lead earned media strategy and execution tied to Hers product priorities, including proactive storytelling and reactive engagement

  • Drive how Hers products show up across editorial moments, influencer activations, and key external events

  • Ensure alignment across external and internal communications so teams operate from a consistent and accurate product narrative

  • Build deep expertise in Hers products and represent the company directly with media, partners, and key stakeholders

  • Develop and drive thought leadership across physicians, patient communities, and broader healthcare audiences for Hers.

  • Lead communications for new category expansion in emerging areas of women’s health, and diagnostics, including positioning and launch execution

  • Lead issue management within Hers product categories, driving clear positioning and response in complex or high-visibility situations

  • Translate clinical, regulatory, and product complexity into messaging that is clear, accurate, and defensible

  • Design and execute integrated communications campaigns tied to product priorities, with clear measurement of impact on awareness, trust, and adoption

  • Track performance, evaluate results, and adjust strategy based on what drives impact

  • Drive planning, prioritization, and execution discipline within your scope

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team on issues management tied to product and category topics, including high-scrutiny areas, ensuring clear, credible, and timely responses

You Have:

  • 10–12+ years of experience in product communications, consumer communications, or related fields

  • Strong understanding of DTC product-led businesses, including how product, growth, and customer behavior connect

  • Experience leveraging AI tools and strategies to enhance team and communications performance

  • Experience owning a defined area of responsibility end-to-end, including shaping direction and driving execution

  • Strong earned media experience, with a track record of landing stories and building sustained narratives

  • Experience working across media, influencer, editorial, and event-driven communications

  • Experience in consumer health or other consumer-facing industries with regulatory or reputational complexity

  • Strong consumer instincts, with the ability to translate product value into messaging that resonates with real users

  • Experience leading issue management within a defined scope, with strong judgment in fast-moving or ambiguous situations

  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to define success, measure performance, and adjust based on impact

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence Product, Growth, Clinical, and Executive stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
