About the Role
Join a B2B SaaS team building software for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work directly with customers to understand how their operations function and turn those needs into production-ready products, including AI-powered tools.
What You'll Do
Embed with customer teams to learn how certification, inspection, and compliance work in practice.
Lead customer calls, write specifications, and build end-to-end systems across frontend, backend, data models, and AI capabilities.
Own product areas and deliver production software quickly, improving it based on direct user feedback.
Use judgment to distinguish customer requests that apply broadly from those that are specific to one workflow.
Review customer documents, calls, and outputs to develop AI-powered workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.
What We're Looking For
Three to six years of software or product engineering experience, with a track record of shipping systems used by customers.
Full-stack development skills, including Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience building products or systems from the ground up, ideally in an early-stage startup or founding engineering environment.
Familiarity with AI/ML, large language models, or document intelligence is valuable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers and understand operational workflows.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: £100,000 to £160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site, five days per week in London, United Kingdom.
