GTM Lead (Italian Market) - AI Startup

About Logicc

At logicc, we build the AI platform for businesses where trust, privacy and control are essential. Our customers work in legal services, healthcare, finance and the public sector. We help their teams use leading AI models in their daily work while keeping sensitive information protected.

We’ve already won our first customers in Italy and are seeing strong traction, supported by consistent marketing investment. We’re now looking for someone to expand our customer base and grow the business further.

Your role

You’ll find customers, lead sales conversations and close deals. You’ll also work directly with the international and german sales team to understand what works in Italy and shape how we grow there.

• Identify the industries, customers and use cases we should focus on.

• Generate new business through cold calls, email and social selling, working closely with SDRs.

• Run discovery calls and live demos that show customers how logicc can help with their work.

• Manage proposals, negotiations and the handover to Customer Success.

• Develop our sales approach, explore partnerships and share customer feedback with product and marketing.

You’ll speak with IT leaders, compliance teams and executives who need to trust both the product and the person selling it.

What you bring

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales, including closing your own deals.

• Knowledge of the Italian market and confidence speaking with senior decision makers.

• You enjoy cold calling and know how to turn a first conversation into a customer.

• You work independently, take responsibility and follow through.

• Fluent Italian and confident English, German is a Bonus.

• You already use AI in your daily work and can show how it helps you.

Experience in market expansion or regulated industries is a plus. We’ll teach you what you need to know about compliance.

Our headquarters are in Hamburg, and you’ll work remotely with the team. We’ll cover travel and accommodation for your initial onboarding and monthly team meetups.
