About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT professional to join our in-house IT team. You will be responsible for supporting employees with day-to-day IT needs, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operations across the company. An interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Set up and maintain computers, user accounts, and workplace IT equipment.
- Support the administration and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
- Contribute to IT projects and improve internal IT processes.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain IT documentation and support IT security and compliance procedures.
Your Profile
- Experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Interest in AI, automation, and new technologies is desirable.
