  • Establish a rigorous operating rhythm across forecasting, pipeline inspection, territory planning, business reviews, and performance management
  • Partner closely with Professional Services, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes and generate regional demand
  • Develop and scale territory coverage, resource allocation, and go-to-market plans in line with business priorities
  • Serve as a visible role model for MongoDB’s values and Leadership Commitment, inspiring teams to think big, take ownership, and deliver meaningful outcomes

Must-Have Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in a second-line sales leadership role in enterprise software, with a record of setting clear expectations, establishing a disciplined operating cadence, and holding leaders accountable for results.
  • A strong, verifiable track record of consistently delivering revenue growth and building qualified pipeline, along with demonstrated success selling and delivering professional services
  • Proven track record of recruiting and building high-performing sales teams
  • Evidence of developing teams and individuals, including promotions from the team, improved performance, retention of high performers, and a clear coaching and succession cadence
  • Evidence of building a healthy team culture and strong operating standards, reflected in morale, engagement scores, leadership scores, and low attrition
