  • Process home improvement requests and property modifications

  • Mediate tenancy disputes and facilitate resolutions in accordance with legislative requirements

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, and key stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate property records and prepare client reporting as required

  • Ensure all property management activities are undertaken in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end residential property management

  • Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and property management best practices

  • Experience managing tenancy agreements, inspections, maintenance, and compliance activities

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Proven experience preparing reports and maintaining accurate records

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high service standards

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence managing tenancy-related matters

  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience with property management systems

Qualifications & Licences
