About the role

Backed by Ardian, one of the world’s leading private investment firms, we are scaling our AI-powered recruitment platform to drive international growth and transform healthcare hiring across Europe.
You will join our Performance Marketing team, reporting directly to our Lead of Performance Marketing, and collaborating closely with our in-house IT, Design, and Product teams.
What you’ll do
Plan, set up, and optimize our Google Ads campaigns, mainly Search (as well as PMax): budgets, bidding, keywords, audiences, and ad copy.
Drive campaign strategy: define campaign architecture, identify high-converting pages, set clear growth targets, and manage a monthly Google Ads budget of at least €100,000.
Take full ownership of landing page concepts, testing, and continuous CRO optimization (our IT team builds the pages).
Regularly test ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page elements to continuously improve performance.
Maintain our dashboards (Looker Studio) and share key insights and data-driven recommendations with the team.
What you bring
At least 3 years of experience in Google Ads performance marketing, ideally in lead generation.
Proven track record of managing a monthly Google Ads budget of at least €100,000 (mainly Search).
Solid understanding of landing page optimization, CRO, and user conversion flows.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and structured working habits.
Working proficiency in German (at least B1) and good English skills.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with tracking set-up and analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking).
Experience building landing pages (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce, or similar).
Experience with additional advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or LinkedIn Ads).
Fluent German skills.
