Deine Aufgaben
- Own the CRM roadmap and its KPIs
- Build onboarding, activation and retention journeys in Braze
- Raise push opt in rates together with Product and Design
- Help Editorial reach the right audience for every story
- Run experiments in Braze and inside the apps, and decide what ships
- Use Braze AI features, and build your own AI tools where Braze stops
Dein Profil
- 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle for B2C apps, 3+ on native iOS and Android
- Hands on Braze expertise: Canvas, Liquid and Connected Content as daily basics, plus BrazeAI tools such as Operator, agents and Decisioning Studio
- Proven wins in opt in, activation or retention, with numbers
- Solid experimentation skills; comfortable pulling and analysing your own data
- Product craft: clear requirements, a prioritised backlog, close work with tech
- You already build things with AI, not just use them
- Fluent English; German is a plus
