About the role

Job Description

  • Product Operations & Coordination: Manage day-to-day product operations across APAC and EU markets. Refine feature tickets, align on local customization requirements, and coordinate closely with local commercial teams, regional Salesforce teams, global product managers, and global product operations.
  • Salesforce CRM & Funnel Operations: Monitor and support inbound vendor conversion funnels within Salesforce CRM; assist in tracking lead flow, identifying sync errors, and verifying that automated rules and field mappings function as expected across integrated systems.
  • Ad-Hoc Data Analysis (SQL): Conduct targeted, on-demand SQL queries to analyze funnel drop-offs, track pilot test metrics, and gather analytical evidence for proposed product enhancements or process optimizations.
  • Data Discrepancy & Root-Cause Investigation: Perform initial investigations to identify and reconcile data discrepancies across Salesforce CRM, web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker), and internal operational databases.
  • UAT & Pilot Execution: Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for top-down and localized feature rollouts and CRM workflow updates. Track pilot performance metrics to evaluate feature readiness before regional rollout.
  • Bug Triage & Escalation: Serve as the first line of resolution for incoming product bugs, tracking issues, and technical friction points affecting the self-service flow; document clear reproduction steps and monitor resolution timelines with engineering and product ops.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Clearly communicate technical requirements, ticket updates, and data insights in straightforward terms to marketing, commercial operations, and regional stakeholders.
  • Voice of the Market: Translate qualitative input and operational friction reported by local commercial teams into prioritized, quantified themes to drive data-backed recommendations for product enhancements.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in Product Operations, Digital Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM Operations, or Product Analytics, ideally within a tech platform, e-commerce, or two-sided marketplace.
  • Solid working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (e.g., Sales Cloud, Lead and Account objects, standard workflow automation, and status tracking). Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or other relevant Salesforce credentials is a strong plus / added advantage.
  • Proven hands-on experience writing and executing SQL queries (e.g., BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Snowflake) to extract data, analyze conversion funnels, investigate discrepancies, and evaluate pilot performance.
  • Hands-on experience working within the product development lifecycle, using ticket management systems (Jira, Confluence), running UAT testing processes, and applying core A/B testing concepts.
  • Understanding of key business drivers, digital inbound funnels, and vendor self-service onboarding flows.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills to clearly explain technical issues, ticket requirements, and data findings in straightforward business situations
  • Ability to solve standard operational and data problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment, precedents, and established guidelines.
