職缺說明

Supervise the day-to-day efficient running of the warehouse functions with primary focus on goods receiving and issuing, timely delivery of goods to designated destinations and actively participating in annual stock-take exercise.

進行日常工廠貨物接收與發放、及時至指定地點完成交貨以及進行年度庫存盤點。

Your key responsibilities主要職責：

• Perform the proper receiving and issuing of goods and other documentation such as transfer orders, sales orders, picking lists, delivery notes, etc for updating in SAP accordingly to ensure consistency in the accounts.

          執行存貨及隨或寄發相關文件例如移轉訂單、銷售訂單、撿貨單和送貨單等並更新SAP以確保與帳目一致。

• Organise that goods are properly and neatly stored in the warehouse to ensure most effective use of space.

         將貨物整齊存放使工廠空間能有效運用。

• Perform stock taking and inventory check to ensure that inventory levels are accurate and consistent with book value at all times.

         進行庫存盤點，以確保庫存量與帳冊維持一致。

• Ensure that the process on goods transfer, returns and packaging are carried out in line with company's regulations.

         確保貨物轉運、退貨和包裝的執行過程都符合公司的規定。

• Issuing and receiving of goldmine parts and update the records accordingly in MDTW server database.

         收發除帳零件並且在公司資料庫同時更新記錄。

• Execute the issuance and receipt of cannibalized items according to the Cannibalisation and Restoration Form and follow up with restoration of parts when necessary and ensure updating in SAP accordingly.

         根據拆件申請表執行零件的拆裝與修復，在必要時追蹤零件的修復並且確保在SAP同時更新。

• Ensure warehouse facilities are kept tidy and neat at all times in accordance with 5S standards.

          確保倉庫設施皆依據5S標準隨時保持整潔。

• Adhere to EHS procedures and standards in order to achieve required safety standard in all warehouse activities.

         倉庫所有活動皆依EHS程序與標準執行。

• To comply and ensure the Materials and Warehouse department activities procedures are implemented and recorded in accordance as mentioned in our QMS.

         遵從並確保物料與工廠部的所有活動流程皆依據QMS之規定執行並記錄。

• Perform scheduled rounds of inspection for cranes and forklifts in the factory and fill in the related forms (eg. Checklist, near miss, etc) to ensure overall safety in the working environment.

         定期巡檢天車及堆高機設備並填寫相關的表格（例如：清單、虛驚事件等）以確保工作環境安全。

• Complete any other duties as directed by the superior.

         完成其他主管交辦事項。

• Awareness of ISO14001 & 45001 standards.

         瞭解ISO14001 & 45001 標準。

應徵資格

• High school degree (General) above

           高中職以上學歷

• At least 2 years' experience in related field

           2年以上相關經驗
