About the Team:
You’ll work alongside our CEO and make sure H follows through on every decision, relationship and commitment. This is a hands-on operator role. You’ll prepare our CEO for what’s coming, close the loop on what has happened, and run the projects that sit between teams. You’ll work closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Our CEO’s agenda: Prepare key meetings with context, bios, goals and talking points. Capture decisions and actions, and chase them until they’re done.

• Relationships: Keep the CEO’s relationship tracker (investors, customers, partners, press) accurate. Every email, LinkedIn message and invitation gets a timely response, a named owner, or a polite decline.

• Trips and events: Plan high-value schedules for trips and conferences, for example 6 to 8 qualified meetings in a city. Work with GTM leads to source the meetings and with the EA to get them into the CEO’s diary.

• Memos and materials: Draft memos, briefs, all-hands slides and presentations that need little editing.

• Visibility across teams: Gather updates from across the company, track how key priorities are progressing, and raise risks early with a proposed fix.

• Ad hoc projects: Take on strategic projects as they come up and see them through to the end.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills:

  • Around 2 to 5 years in strategy consulting, startup operations, VC, or a founder or associate role. We care more about what you’ve delivered than about the exact number of years.

  • Excellent written and spoken English and French.

  • Experience managing a high volume of competing priorities for a senior stakeholder.

  • Confident with modern tools (Notion, Google Workspace, CRMs, AI assistants).

• Soft Skills:

  • You follow through on every yes and are selective about what you commit to.

  • You own the chase. “They didn’t get back to me” is never where it ends.

  • You come to meetings prepared, with data and updates in hand.

  • You bring a solution to every problem or blocker.

  • You get the right people involved at the right time, and your communication style is anchored in influencing without authority.

  • You know when to push back and when to knuckle down and deliver.

  • You’re calm, disciplined and organised, including when volume is high.

  • You handle confidential information with discretion.

• Bonus Skills:

  • Experience building simple automations. You use AI and automation to remove manual work instead of adding to it.

What Success Looks Like After 90 Days:

• No relationship falls through the cracks.

• Every key meeting is prepped, followed up and tracked.

• Our CEO spends no time on logistics or chasing people.

Location:

• Paris or London.

• This role is hybrid, and you are expected to be in the office 3 days a week on average.

• Regular travel to the US and across Europe.
